Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is used when a client is seeking massage as a part of their regular health and wellness routine. Some of the many benefits to massage are stress reduction, lowering blood pressure, enhanced immunity, improved circulation and the lessening of depression and anxiety. The therapist may combine many different modalities to achieve the client’s goal.
Relax and Rejuvenate

Love the way the spritz of fragrance from a fresh orange peel can brighten your day? Each essential oil’s complex, pleasant, and unique scent activates the limbic system—the brain’s center of emotion and memory—differently. While some essential oils may uplift the spirits, others may empower you to release negative thoughts and habits. Essential oils can be your key to a more fulfilling and balanced emotional life. To help you rediscover peace, balance, and joy, use these essential oils and blends for diffusion, soothing baths, massage, inhalation, or topical application: lavender, orange, peppermint and jasmine.

Purify your home

Harsh chemical formulas are not your only home cleansing option. Enjoy peace of mind without compromise when you polish counter tops, clean sticky messes, repel insects, and cleanse dirty surfaces with the gentle but effective power of essential oils. There are convenient options for harnessing essential oils’ cleansing abilities and pleasant scents. Replace the harsh cleansers in your home with these versatile products: lemon essential oil, thyme essential oil, and lemongrass essential oil.

Refine your skin

Purge chemicals from your beauty routine and rediscover your natural glow. An ancient skincare secret, essential oils can help soothe tension, support healthy cell growth, promote a clear complexion, soften signs of aging, and nurture healthy hair. Using only natural ingredients, these advanced skin and hair care solutions make it easy to enjoy the beautiful benefits of essential oils every day: lavender essential oil, rosemary essential oil and frankincense essential oil.

Create deep spiritual awareness

Incense and essential oils from plants have always played an important part in religious and spiritual ceremonies, helping participants to transcend the trivial and connect with something larger than themselves. Research shows that the pure constituents in these oils stimulate olfactory receptors and activate regions in the brain’s limbic system associated with memory, emotion, and state of mind. To enhance your spiritual practice, dilute and apply meditative, empowering essential oils directly to wrists, feet, and behind the ears, or diffuse in a quiet space. Popular essential oils and blends for spiritual focus include: Sacred Frankincense, rosemary, and spikenard.

Star Flower Essences
& Gemstone Essences

Flower Essences are vibrationally infused solutions made from living, organic, wild crafted flowers. These essences carry what is known as an “energetic signature" or vibration of the flower that can be transmitted to the user. This energy or vibration can positively influence imbalances within the body or energetic field of the user.

Flower essences convey the specific code or pattern that resides within each flower. All of a plant’s energy is focused in creating this ultimate genetic expression to ensure the continuance of that species. Their beneficial powers come from the life force inherent in the flowers themselves. Through unique, sacred process, the vibrational signature held within the blossom is imprinted in the pure water used to make the essence, thus charging the water with the divine imprint of the flower's particular characteristics and qualities.

Paracelsus, a great healer of the 16th century, collected dew from flowers to treat his patients. Dr. Edward Bach, a modern pioneer in this field, researched flower essences extensively in the 1930's, and created the Bach Flower Remedies. It is believed, in the ancient civilization of Lemuria, flower essences were used to promote the evolution of consciousness, as disease was rare.

Gemstone Essences are elixirs infused with the unique vibrations of specially selected precious and semiprecious gemstones. Each stone carries within its crystalline structure specific vibrational frequencies and attributes that can affect the energetic fields near it. Crystal is the flower of the mineral world, the peak of perfection in matter. Gemstones and crystals have been used throughout human history for healing and enhancement.

Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexologists believe that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. For example, reflexology holds that a specific spot in the arch of the foot corresponds to the bladder point. When a reflexology practitioner uses thumbs or fingers to apply appropriate pressure to this area, it affects bladder functioning. Reflexology can be easily incorporated into a regular massage while the therapists massages the feet and hands.
Applied Vitaflex

Vitaflex is a method of healing touch that stimulates the electrical currents of the body to bring about healing, primarily on the hands and feet. It works as a healing modality on its own, but also works even better in combination with essential oils. It is most commonly used in conjunction with the Raindrop Technique (above). Please note that Vitaflex is not recommended for those sensitive to essential oils and aromas.

Acupressure or Shiatsu is an ancient healing art using the fingers to gradually press key healing points, which stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. Acupressure was developed in Asia over 5,000 years ago. Using the power and sensitivity of the hand, Acupressure Therapy is effective in the relief of stress-related ailments. Acupuncture and Acupressure use the same pressure points and meridians, but Acupuncture employs needles, while Acupressure uses gentle to firm finger pressure. When these acupressure points are stimulated, they release muscular tension, promote circulation of blood, and enhance the body's life force energy to aid healing. Acupressure therapy can be used to relieve pain, fortify the sexual reproductive system, detoxify the body for greater health and beauty, and tone facial and back muscles.
Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of nine therapeutic-grade essential oils that have been chosen for their positive effects on all major systems of the body. These highly anti-oxidant essential oils help protect the body against viruses and bacteria, boosting and supporting your immune system. Raindrop Technique will help you relax and decrease stress while promoting overall health, vitality, and longevity.

The nine essential oils are applied to the soles of your feet utilizing a technique called Vitaflex, targeting the points corresponding to the spine, major glands and digestive organs. Each oil is then applied in "drops" along the spine and lightly massaged into the back and neck. A soothing, hot towel is then draped over the entire back to close the session, allowing the oils to penetrate deep into the skin and muscles. Many clients find this type of session more effective than deep tissue massage as the oils continue to work in the body for five to seven days afterwards. Please note that the Raindrop Technique is not recommended for those sensitive to essential oils and aromas.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you do not get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment. Plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Aromatherapy with Essential Oils

Essential oils are more than nice scents; these powerful plant extracts contribute to lifelong wellness. Have you experienced essential oils in spa treatments or bath and body care products? These aromatherapeutic uses are only part of the remarkable essential oils story.

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for their medicinal, cosmetic, and emotionally uplifting properties. Primarily extracted through careful steam distillation, but also through cold pressing, the purest essential oils are far more powerful and effective than dry herbs, delivering quick and effective results. We use only certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils that can be diffused, inhaled, applied topically, incorporated into massage (see Raindrop Technique below) or taken internally.
